Who I am

This site is run by Peter Victor Jones (petervjones.com). For anything privacy related, email enquiry@petervjones.com.

What I collect, and why

• Book launch list: your email address, used to let you know when my book launches and for occasional updates about it. Legal basis: consent. Unsubscribe links are in every email.
• Contact form: your name, email and message, used to reply to your enquiry. Legal basis: legitimate interest in responding to you.

What I don't do

• No selling or sharing of your details with third parties for their marketing.
• No advertising trackers or cross-site profiling on this site.

Where your data lives

Form submissions are stored in a database on my own server infrastructure. Emails I send you go through my email provider. Data is kept only as long as it's useful for the purposes above, and deleted on request.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask for a copy of the data I hold about you, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it. Email enquiry@petervjones.com and I'll sort it. You can also complain to the ICO (ico.org.uk) if you think I've handled your data badly.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. No silent edits.
